Solutions Architect — Enterprise Integrations

Solutions Architects at CYFR Watch are the bridge between our customers' Microsoft-centric infrastructure and our encryption products. Your typical customer runs Windows Server AD, SQL Server, and Exchange — and they need to integrate our zero-knowledge storage without breaking their existing GPOs, firewall rules, or compliance posture.

Responsibilities

• — Design integration architectures for enterprise customer deployments — AD trust configuration, Kerberos constrained delegation, SQL Server linked server setup
• — Build reference implementations: Group Policy administrative templates for our agent, SCCM/Intune deployment packages, PowerShell DSC configurations
• — Lead technical workshops and training sessions for customer infrastructure teams (sysadmins, not developers)
• — Debug complex integration issues — Kerberos delegation failures, TLS 1.3 negotiation, certificate chain validation
• — Write customer-facing technical documentation: deployment guides, security architecture whitepapers, migration playbooks
• — Gather and synthesize feedback from Windows sysadmin and DBA personas for the product roadmap

Requirements

• — 7+ years in enterprise infrastructure, solutions architecture, or technical consulting
• — Deep Windows Server expertise — AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Failover Clustering, IIS, DFS-R
• — Strong SQL Server knowledge — security model, linked servers, Kerberos authentication, agent jobs
• — Excellent technical writing and presentation skills — you can explain Kerberos delegation to a new hire
• — Comfortable with PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting
• — Willingness to travel up to 15% for customer onsite visits and architecture design sessions

Nice to Have

• — MCSE: Core Infrastructure certification (or equivalent modern credentials)
• — Experience with Azure Stack HCI or Windows Server Software-Defined Datacenter
• — Multilingual — Spanish or German especially valuable for our customer base
• — Background in enterprise PKI and HSM integration
